Facebook promotes sexual violence?

Facebook does not want to ban sites with jokes that can be Posted on the social network, and awards to consumers for sexual harassment .Women's rights activists from the United States and Britain have accused Facebook for promotion of sexual violence and rape. The reason for these tough charges against the most popular social network in the world are found in the fact that Facebook would not remove pages as "You know she 'playing hard to get when you chasing her down an alley".
The request for removal of these pages, but other sites that promote sexual violence has already signed a number of users in the United States and Great Britain. The petition for removal of such pages is stated to prohibit the use of their content and setting up a social network. Women's rights activist from Britain Jane Osmond says the Facebook team has to understand that a content that encourage rape are contrary to their standards and conditions of use. But by writing the Daily Mail, the Facebook say their network is "a place where users can openly discuss problems and express their opinions," and therefore refuse to remove the disputed pages. The company added that Cukenber remove profiles and groups in whom is direct hate speech against certain groups, while groups that explore some opinion or belief, even if that opinion is offensive to some, does not violate terms of Facebook. What do you think is it necessary to prohibit such profiles?
