Flickr unveiled Android application and Photo Session

Flickr social network presented its first Android application, and new Photo Session option that will allow users to view albums together with their friends and loved ones from different locations. Yahoo this move is trying to grab market share, which opens thanks to smart phones and tablet computers.

Flickr is the first official Android application created by Yahoo, although until now developers have developed applications for Android Flickr and iOS. The official version iOS there for two years. With the new Android application users will have access to all their photos, albums and contacts. Users can follow the activities of their friends, such as hanging new pictures. The program also has an option similar to Instagram, allowing users to customize various filters on photos.

The program has its own viewfinder which allows users to choose scale images, and to appoint and to put metadata. The program also automatically adds geolokaciski data. Each photograph made with the application automatically attaches to Flickr, and a check can instantly share of the social networks Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr.

In addition a new application for Android, Flickr and enrich new feature called Photo Session. This feature allows users at the same time to examine photographs and albums with friends and loved ones who are at different locations. This option works well as create a unique URL which the user can share with a maximum of ten persons. User who has created a unique URL control review of photos. Interestingly, the option also has a built-in chat, allowing communication between those who look at photos. Photo Session option works on PC, iPhone and iPad. New application for Android does not yet support this option.
